• Active participation in establishing Halliburton in Romania by recruiting more than 100 local employees as well as supporting the set-up of pay structures and HR processes for all departments • Responsible for all HR-functions in Romania and Austria, including Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Staffing, Performance Management, full employee life cycle from Onboarding to Offboarding • First point of contact for managers and employees • Expatriate-administration (work permit, residence permit, taxation, relocation)
• Administration of the full employee life cycle from Onboarding to Offboarding • Interaction with works council • Responsible for apprentices and agency workers • Candidate Management
