Reporting to the group’s CMO, led the brand strategy, media, VIP/ brand collaboration and retail marketing teams. Oversaw 2026+ brand strategy development, including a roadmap for stationary retail expansion in EMEA, new CI assets (e. g. Westwing voice/ scent) and a major collaboration with a global tastemaker.
Conceived shared vision, the first blockchain-enabled B2B & B2C streaming ecosystem for museum-quality digital art that combines immersive user experience, curation and smart-contract based royalty distribution to content providers. Raised pre-seed and seed funding. Oversaw MVP development and V.0/ V.1 testing series. Initiated B2B partnerships and growth strategy for European markets.
As member of the comité de direction (Board of Directors), led the brand, communications, experiential and e-commerce teams. Built up of omni-channel operations and local social media channels. Responsible for e-commerce and client services P&L with German revenue ranking among top five of Louis Vuitton markets world-wide. Ensured that all projects impacted sales and profits effectively, maximizing ROI and brand visibility with target audiences. Conceived/ executed all major image and retail events.
Reporting to the Global Head of Art, Culture & Heritage, served as inaugural director of the Espace Louis Vuitton Munich, a contemporary art space affiliated with the Paris-based Fondation Louis Vuitton. Overseeing curatorial, programming, artist liaisons, production, partnerships and publishing, successfully anchored the Espace in the German art landscape and beyond.
