About

Get Microfluidics Rolling!! We manage an Open European Testbed Project: NextGen Microfluidics. Therein we develop and produce customized microfluidic lab-on chip systems Current research interests: Roll to roll Nanoimprinting of --> microfluidics --> lab on chip systems --> optic elements --> organic electronics (organic thin film transistors) Master structure development Additionally, I am very interested in surface characterisation of films via atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. I am an Analytical Chemist and have started my research career with the development of flow-through digestion devices. Specialties: nano-imprint-lithography, AFM, organic thin film transistors, microfluidic lab on chip systems, integrated organic sensors, inorganic analytical chemistry, digestion systems

Since August 2000 I have been working as a chemist at the Institute of Nanostructured Materials and Photonics, where I am responsible for materials synthesis, thin-film production as well as its charaterization via atomic force and raster electron microscopy (AFM and REM). I am project leader of the consortium management (CONSMAN) of the joint project ISOTEC (integrated organic sensors and optoelectroic technologies; www.isotec-cluster.at) .
