I specialize in building and leading high-performing teams, aligning hiring strategies with business goals, and delivering results in complex, multi-market environments. My experience spans a wide range of industries, including IT, FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing & Production, Retail, Financial Services, Supply Chain, and Procurement, giving me strong adaptability and a deep understanding of diverse talent markets. In my current role, I am responsible for workforce planning, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as optimizing recruitment processes and driving data-informed decision-making. I collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and clients, translating business needs into effective and scalable hiring strategies. When I was a kid, I used to say I would be a veterinarian when I grew up because my love for animals was endless. I was a curious and creative child who took pleasure in drawing and playing with my animal friends all day long, and I always made sure to surround myself with them. As I grew older, our tiny family apartment housed an Irish setter, a rabbit, turtles, an aquarium full of fish, a small duck, parrots, and even a frog! Natural sciences were not my strong suit, except for biology, of course, which I could not believe to be a part of that group since I was able to understand and remember everything about it. Unfortunately, it turned out that being good at one natural science was not enough to help me get into veterinary studies at university, so I needed a plan B. Days went by and I didn't know what I would study. The Faculty of Philology seemed like the only logical solution since I was good at languages. In a few short years, I graduated with a diploma in Romanian language and literature, with Spanish as a second language. During my stay in Bucharest in 2010, I wrote ''Ten Elephants,'' my first short story for children ever. And this was how it all began. In the years to come, my beloved animals found their place in my stories, where they became heroes and main characters. In the past ten years, I have published two children's books, "Chubby Jovan" and "Paw Footprints in the Snow," in Romanian for Libertatea, a Romanian publishing house. I also published one book in Spanish, titled "Follow Your Snout," for Alcorce Publishing house from Mexico. Additionally, I have contributed a number of stories to Serbian and Macedonian children's story collections. Moreover, I have self-published on Amazon in English and Spanish: ''Margarita Goes to Mexico'' and ''Why Sunflower Mark Turns His Face to the Sun'' As I continue to write and improve my writing skills, animals, especially my three dogs Rumba, Sol and Domingo remain the protagonists in most of my stories.
