I have contributed to PIA's growing business by handling various situations with professionalism and tact, such as providing extra assistance to elderly travelers, calming anxious flyers during turbulence, conveying safety instructions, providing information, and resolving conflicts, all while speaking multiple languages. I have also collaborated with my team to ensure the smooth operation of the flight and address emergencies. Travel is my passion, which drives me to excel in my role and learn about different cultures and perspectives. I have explored new destinations and expanded my horizons through my work. I have also enhanced my knowledge and skills by pursuing an executive MBA from Preston University, with a focus on human resources management.
