As someone who thrives on challenges and constantly seeks to push myself, I find great satisfaction in dynamic work environments. I relish the opportunity to engage in fieldwork, where I can be on the move, while also appreciating the balance that desk-bound tasks bring to the mix. Collaborative settings where teamwork and open discussions are essential to achieving the bigger picture are where I excel.

Bombus terrestris and time perception (Doctor Elisabetta Versace) - Published in Biology Letters: Duration discrimination in the bumblebee Bombus terrestris (https://doi.org/10.1098/rsbl.2025.0440) Interval timing plays a fundamental role in our everyday tasks and research in this field has garnered significant interest from researchers who aim to understand how time is processed across species, including the capacity of minimal brains to track time. This study aims to determine if the bumblebee, Bombus terrestris, can discriminate between different durations of visual stimuli.
