I help businesses to scale and bring structure to execution. Over the last 15+ years, I have worked across gaming, real estate services, HealthTech, sports-tech, SaaS, and digital ventures in roles connected to business operations, commercial operations, venture operations, project delivery, process improvement, CRM implementation, GTM support, and cross-functional execution. My strength is working in fast-moving environments where priorities are not always clear, teams need alignment, and someone needs to bring ownership, follow-up, and practical structure. I enjoy connecting the dots between leadership priorities, teams, vendors, customers, processes, and reporting so that work moves forward with more clarity. I have worked with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, commercial teams, product teams, customer experience, finance, marketing, operations, agencies, vendors, and external partners to support GTM execution, improve workflows, coordinate projects, track KPIs, support CRM implementation, manage vendors, and improve operating discipline. Some of my strongest work has been around business and commercial operations: supporting Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce, supply chain workflows, pricing, packaging, reporting, and process improvement at Eon Dental; supporting resident experience, vendor governance, CRM workflows, service operations, and executive dashboards for Emaar Home Services; supporting marketing stack setup, CRM, CX processes, AI-assisted workflows, and partnership execution at Avrioc; and helping venture teams at Algorythma move from idea to launch, scale, and operational readiness. I am PMP® certified, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and currently building practical AI capability for business operations, workflow improvement, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency.     Built and tested Revaiv Health, an early-stage healthtech venture focused on practitioner workflows, patient engagement, and digital care coordination. This phase gave me direct exposure to building from zero: shaping the operating model, speaking with practitioners, testing GTM assumptions, coordinating partnerships, mapping customer journeys, and exploring AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort. Although the venture did not scale as planned, it strengthened my understanding of ownership, ambiguity, resilience, and disciplined execution. Alongside Revaiv, I supported early-stage startups with practical AI-enabled operations, GTM planning, workflow design, customer segmentation, and execution structure. This phase allowed me to apply my business operations experience more independently, working across venture validation, GTM planning, customer journey mapping, workflow design, operational stack setup, and AI-assisted process improvement.

    Worked across MyWhoosh, sports-tech, gaming, and quick-commerce ventures, supporting the execution layer between leadership, marketing, product, CX, partnerships, agencies, vendors, and PMO teams. The role was broad and fast-moving. I supported marketing operations, brand initiatives, CRM coordination, customer experience workflows, product initiatives, partnerships, and commercial execution across multiple ventures. At MyWhoosh, I helped coordinate global agency onboarding, brand repositioning, social media improvements, and website revamp work to improve brand clarity and digital presence. I also supported execution around the UCI esports cycling partnership and World Esports Cycling Championship, working across internal teams, agencies, partners, and event stakeholders. A key part of the role was helping set up the marketing and analytics stack across MyWhoosh and quick-commerce platforms. This included coordination around MMP partner integration, dashboards, and user engagement tools such as MoEngage and Klaviyo. I also worked with product and operations teams on AI-assisted event workflows, multilingual CX processes, in-house production studio initiatives, in-app currency, and monetization model design. Beyond digital execution, I supported government sports event sponsorships, influencer partnerships, rebate program design, tracking systems, and merchandise line-of-business setup with leadership and PMO teams. This role strengthened my ability to operate across ambiguity, coordinate multiple moving parts, and support execution across marketing, product, CX, partnerships, and commercial operations.     Supported a 1-year contract engagement for Emaar Home Services, focused on improving the digital resident experience and bringing more structure to fragmented property service touchpoints. Worked across operations, CRM workflows, vendor coordination, pricing inputs, service governance, SLA tracking, issue-resolution workflows, and executive dashboard reporting to improve visibility across service requests, vendor performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance. Helped coordinate internal stakeholders, service partners, and vendors to support launch execution and operational scaling of the home services model across properties. The engagement contributed to the launch and scaling phase of Emaar Home Services, supporting $350K+ monthly revenue, 95% CSAT, and 4.7★ app rating.
