Of my 21 years of legal experience, over the last decade, I’ve been at the intersection of law, startups, and technology, long before it was fashionable. In 2015, I built India’s first legal tech venture, automating contracts, due diligence, ESOPs and cap tables when “legal tech” wasn’t even a term. I bootstrapped my venture while also running one of the first startup focused, tech enabled law firms in India built to simplify the complex and scale with founders and VCs.
