My tasks would include:- 1. Recruting and training new SDRs with 2+ yrs of experience in the field. 2. Set a standard KPI for the team which included daily activities like data research, launching campaigns and making cold calls. They had a monthly target of 8 meetings. 3. I also had personal target of 4 meetings a month apart from the teams target. 4. Helped the team with strategic Account based marketing and social media prospecting. Achievements- 1. We had a target of generating $2M in pipeline from Sql’s and as a team we were able to generate $1.5M (included $700k closed won opportunities)
