1 Month Stock Audit – DavaIndia Kolkata Warehouse. • Worked under the supervision of CA Jitender Kumar and CA Jyoti Dahiya, assigned to the Davaindia Kolkata warehouse audit. • Conducted physical stock audit and valuation of inventories worth ₹15 crore at Davaindia Generic Pharmacy (listed brand under Zota Healthcare Ltd.). • Collaborated with a 10-member audit team, ensuring accurate stock verification, sales reconciliation, and documentation review. • Conducted on-site stock verification, physical count validation, and documentation cross-checks to ensure accuracy of inventory records. • Actively participated in daily stock adjustments and sales reduction entries, ensuring day-end reports matched physical and book stock. • Assisted in verifying GRNs, purchase invoices, batch expiries, and damaged goods, identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance. • Coordinated with audit teams and prepared supporting records for the final audit report. • Referred and recommended by CMA Probinananda Mukherjee, allowing early exposure to applied auditing and professional standards while pursuing B.Com (Hons). • Strengthened understanding of audit methodology, inventory control systems, and professional verification procedures. • Strengthened analytical, accounting, and coordination skills through on-site client communication and real-time audit operations.
