I am an experienced tour guide with a solid history in the sports industry, having worked in one of the world's most renowned sporting venues. My strengths include analytical skills, effective communication, team building, and project management. I graduated from Stansted Airport College, which paved the way for my career in aviation. I began as a ramp handler at FedEx Express, where I gained hands-on experience with specialised equipment like hi-loaders, belt loaders, and tugs. I completed Weight and Balance qualifications for the Boeing 767, MD10, MD11, and the Boeing 777, as well as training in managing and handling dangerous goods. Currently, I work as a ramp agent at London Heathrow with Dnata, where I service aircraft from various airlines. This role has further expanded my industry knowledge and required me to adapt to unique airline processes and procedures. I have now also been trained in areas to develop including: live aircraft headsets, aircraft towing headset, passenger steps and air start units.
I will be working in a flexible manner as part of a multi skilled team operating equipment to load baggage, cargo and mail into aircraft as well as assist with aircraft towing and pushback operations through headset. I will be responsible for operatering aircraft in-plane loading systems and terminal baggage belt systems. Complete damage reports for equipment and baggage. Operate mobile and fixed equipment. Maintain good housekeeping and parking discipline. Maintain general security of ramp in accordance with Company Security procedures. Comply with all Company Procedures and Instructions and act on instructions from Supervisors/Managers as necessary.
The role involves loading and unloading FedEx aircrafts and airside vehicles, in a safe and efficient manner following established working practices and procedures. As a ramp handler i am also in charge of the operation of ground support equipment will be required e.g., tugs, belts and Hi- Loaders. A good ramp handler, like myself, is someone that embodies being a great team player, be able to complete all required training as well as being able to communicate effectively, in a fast-moving environment while also having an excellent eye for detail and be able to make quick, accurate decisions.
Visitor Attraction Tour Guides are responsible for working across all Visitor Attractions, delivering a range of stadium experiences as well as all aspects of the visitor experience across other attractions, including, but not limited to, Welcome, ticketing, photography sales and preparation of tour areas. Tours take place from the Tottenham Experience, a state of the art Visitor Attractions Hub and retail space launched as part of the Club’s Stadium development.
