Electromechanical engineer by training, and after several years of experience in the Automotive industry, also with dual skills in industrial management and mechatronics engineering, allowed me to strengthen and improve my strengths such as Having a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, to anticipate and detect dysfunctions of a system, Organized, attentive and adaptable, Talented in Lean Manufacturing and Quality Management.
( Remanufacturer of starter and alternator motors) : • Study new process and improve existing ones according to production target (Workstation balancing, Lay-out, Working method,...). • Make the production process more reliable and aim for zero risk, quality and safety (tools, Poka Yoke, Machine,Etc,...) • Preparation of APQP & PPAP customer files. • Update PFMEA, MSA, SPC and QCP for each project according to customer specifications. • Project management and implementation of the six sigma approach : decrease in the component scrap rate. • Establishment of Muda Hunting approach, VSM to increase in efficiency and performance. • Preparation planning and development work.
