Process Design: •Developing plant model by Process Simulators like UNISIM and HYSYS. • Preparation of PFD, P & ID, plant control logics and control philosophy • Undertaking design of Process equipment ,line sizing & material specification, safety valve sizing. • Preparing the Pipe Line , Manual Valve, Control Valve, Insulation schedules and Process Specification & Data Sheet for In Line Components • Technical evaluation of Vendors’ offers for equipment& recommendations • Participation in HAZOP and ensuring implementation of HAZOP recommendations •Preparation of Range, Alarm, Setpoint and Trip list Commissioning: • Preparing Plant operation manuals, PG Test Procedure • Preparation of pre-commissioning and commissioning plan & schedule including Blow-out sequence & sequence of activities • Field preparation for Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Activities. • Participation in pre-commissioning & commissioning activities ,startup, stabilization, optimization, and achieving production parameters & utility consumption by performance validation of equipment and units • Assisting team in Conducting PGT and hand over to Client’s operation team • Preparation and submission of daily activity reports •Imparting training to Plant Operators in startup/shutdown & operation procedures and process safety
