Manage all applications and service delivery for WCB.
Manage software development and IT operations for Electronic Health Record/Shared Health Record ehealth program for 1.2 million people of Saskatchewan. This includes the lab repository (SLRR), HIAL,Portal and EMC. The Portal includes lab, medications, allergies, immunizations, clinical encounters, discharge summaries and chronic disease management.
Responsible for all DG Operations standards for Billing, Bidding, Contract Management, Project Management, Resource Utilization and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Performance Assessment, Financial Management and Procurement.
• Using Agile development and dev/ops Responsible for development, maintenance and installation of 2 SAAS products, AMP and ODADATA software in 13 international installations; 11 installations of the Aid Management Platform (AMP) software in Ethiopia, DRC, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Liberia, Malawi, Niger, Senegal, Madagascar and Kosovo and 2 installations of ODADATA software in Nicaragua and Mozambique. This includes modules for Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, GIS, Document Management, Data Exchange, Reporting and Planning Dashboards. • Manage a team of 27 including (6) technical managers in DC, Senegal and Kenya and 21 developers in Georgia, Romania, Finland, Argentina, Senegal, Germany and Morocco. Responsible for hiring, mentoring, developing work plans, performance reviews and ongoing assessments of team capabilities and skills.
