Prior to creating Kudu, I led campaigns for the Cabinet Office, NHS, Grey London, and London Sport. I am passionate about tackling climate change and health crises, and have developed campaigns with some of the biggest brands in the country (including the BBC, WWF, Wimbledon, United Nations and even the Wombles...) to drive meaningful impact. I was previously listed as one of PRWeek’s best young comms professionals in the UK, in part for my innovative PR stunts (including the placement of a Formula-E car onto Downing Street) and strategic communication skills (particularly my work on COVID crisis comms). - Developing world-class comms professionals through intensive, "story-driven" online courses. - Integrating the best strategies and tactics from agencies, charities, UK Government, and NHS comms. - Empowering attendees to drive greater impact in campaigns and take the next step in their career.
- Developed a new campaign strategy to unify messaging and branding across vaccinations, primary care and self-care programmes. - Implemented a revised narrative, mission, and vision for the NCL ICB. - Led campaigns to increase awareness and uptake of new NHS services (e.g Sickle Cell services) in via social media, PR, and stakeholder campaigns.
- Led a team of 5 staff to drive the reputation, credibility and profile of London Sport, a health charity tackling inactivity and inequality in the capital. - Responsible for strategy development across PR, public affairs, digital communications and major events. - Represented London Sport in media including BBC Radio London and London Live.
- Led partnership campaigns to launch the UK Government's “One Step Greener’’ programme, working with the Royal Household, BBC, FA, TeamGB, Sky and the Scouts. - Led the Summer of Sport campaign which co-created the first ever Wimbledon Environment Day, a net zero emission Premier League match, and a PR stunt bringing a Formula-E car onto Downing Street. - Built and delivered a digital-first climate campaign strategy, including the UK Government's first-of-its-kind partnership with TikTok.
- Built and led a cross-government group to deliver NHS COVID-19 messaging for major events and to under-represented groups. - Created and delivered “chat to a mate while you wait” campaign for Loneliness Awareness Week, reframing waiting times for social good. Campaign featured on the BT Tower, Waitrose Magazine and Asda in-store radio at zero cost.
- Managed strategic partnerships for the GREAT campaign, the UK’s largest international marketing campaign promoting foreign trade, investment, students and tourism into the UK. - Wrote and implemented GREAT’s sports partnership strategy and launched new ‘Sport is GREAT’ film. - Developed strategic partnerships across tech, sport, innovation and aerospace sectors.
