I have had extensive tasks during my daily work. I was responsible for several fields, some of them were related to the employees (recruit and select office staff; preparing labour contracts and job descriptions; administration in line with sick leaves, holidays) while some of them were related to the company's daily work (writing business contracts, billing, transferring invoices and wages to employees, keeping in touch with the accounting, etc.) In addition I also had to participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
As the assistant of the Business Manager, I was responsible for tasks related to the foil and plastic branch. I had to be in a daily contact with business partners, managing the problems of the customers and organize deliveries. I was also responsible for entering the shipping details into the corporate governance system. I participated in the preparation of the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
I was responsible for coordinating product placement in the store and sales monitoring. In order to the effective sales of the products I had to make sales reports and I had to send them to the Spanish headquarter. I participated in the selection of those products that may lead to increased revenue. Besides I provided cashier's tasks and trained new co-workers.
