• Led development of an investment management platform enabling YC partners to make faster, data-driven decisions across 1000+ portfolio companies • Reengineered finance workflows to eliminate manual processes and significantly reduce month-end close time • Architected cloud-based data infrastructure (PostgreSQL) that centralized siloed data and provided real-time visibility into fund deployment and performance metrics • Delivered self-service analytics platform that unlocked insights previously trapped in Excel, empowering partners and portfolio companies to benchmark performance
