BP Tortue Project • Leading vessel and site teams for loadout and installation of umbilicals and spools in offshore mauritannia. • Managing fabrication, transportation, loadout and installation of 18 subsea rigid spools • Managing the installation analysis, drafting and fabrication teams • Working with SCM and installation equipment providers • Managing onshore preparations and load-out to Vessels • Developed horizontal connection procedure for all subsea connections and optimised connection sequences for flexible, umbilical and spool connections.
• Responsible for rigging design and heavy lifting for spools, cables and structures in Gulf of Mexico, North Sea and Mediterranean regions. • Engineering installation procedures and coordinating discipline engineering resources for installation scopes • Driving the procurement of materials, services and resource planning for scope execution within allocated budget and schedule constraints. • Managing project risks, leading risk assessment sessions and implementing project HSEQ standards. • Responsible for planning and coordination of onsite operations and personnel during fabrication and mobilization activities in Egypt.
• Managed mobilization and installation activities for spool installation; metrology; Fibre Optic cable lay on multiple offshore vessels. • CP design and coating selection for structures and pipelines to DNV and ISO standards. • Experience in various flowline welding, NDT and coating techniques an onshore fabrication environment • Strong awareness of HSE and quality management procedures in the offshore industry. • Providing engineering guidance to onsite personnel during flowline fabrication.
