Ania Martchenko is a scenographer and art director, founder of Studio Ania Martchenko, a spatial design practice focused on exhibition scenography and the development of spatial environments for museums, cultural institutions, brands, and artists. Her work includes collaborations with institutions such as Palais Galliera, Vitra Design Museum, MoMu, By Art Matters, and other international museums and cultural foundations. She is also co-founder, with Antonin Simon Giraudet, of Studio Garmenting, an experimental practice investigating garment as spatial, sculptural, and conceptual structure through installations and objects. Alongside her design practice, she teaches as Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Art and ENSAD Paris, where she developed the course Embracing Accident, examining accident as a generative tool in contemporary art and design. Laureate of Design Parade Toulon (2025), with Studio Garmenting. ICOM member. Available for exhibition projects, artistic collaborations, and lectures.
