As a logical and structured thinker, I focus on optimizing commercial operations through effective planning and cross-functional collaboration. I bring value by combining data analysis, strategic thinking, and consumer insights to build practical systems – from portfolio planning (SKU rationalization) to execution at point of sale. My goal is to drive efficiency and impact across Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing within Retail and FMCG environments.
