Overall responsibilities: Overseeing all marketing operations, brand management, digital initiatives, marketing communications, advertisement, public relations, and creative. My duties include developing the structure of the business’s marketing department, approving marketing campaign ideas, and coordinating marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals.
Overall objective: • Monitor the development of intergrated marketing plans and campaigns for VietCredit to enhance the products and services’ values to customers and popularize the company’s brand name among Vietnamese consumer finance market including enhancing corporate brand image, increasing brand awareness, ensuring brand compliance, proactively develop annual action plans and carry out all activities in order to achieve indicated targets. • Responsible for leading, managing Product Marketing team, Brand Communications, Trade Marketing, PR and Creative team in daily activities to ensure they can operate sufficiently.
PRODUCT MARKETING AREA: - Collaborate with Product team, Credit card team, PR, Online & CRM team to ensure effective communication activity for the relevant products MARKETING COMMUNICATION AREA: - Develop plan and manage team to execute marketing communication activities to support sales and achieve marketing business goals. - Develop tracking tools to ensure monitoring, implementing and post-evaluating marketing activities vs. the planned objectives. - Manage design team to develop appealing visual layout for marketing activity (including product launch, marketing campaigns, and re-branding) as well as for relevant departments (Sales, Key account, CRM, Online, HR…) - Manage digital team to plan and implement digital marketing activity - including campaigns, website, SEO, digital marketing.. to make it an effective investment. - Collaborate with product team to ensure effective communication of the focus products, especially for new product launch. - Collaborate with Key account, and Sales network team to plan and implement co-brand campaigns with key dealers, partners and producers. OTHERS: - Collaborate with Marketing Project manager for the ideation, planning, implementation of marketing communication activities on re-positioning project. - Monitor and manage advertising and promotion spending through marketing campaigns / activities and ensure internal and external audit compliance. - Coach team to improve team capability.
• Develop and execute branding activities to support attainment of sales and market share objective. • Work with agency to develop branding strategy and the corresponding brand connection platform, ideas, communication, activation idea/ mechanism specifically & effectively build the brand positioning and achieve brand/business objectives with high impact. • Implement the brands marketing programs, monitor and evaluate the promotion activity results against planned objectives. • Prepare and manage new POSM launch for specific products. Coordination with Merchandise team in developing POSM design to delivery best Home Credit visibility at POS, especially during promotion campaigns and new product launching. • Monitor and manage advertising and promotion spending through marketing campaigns / activities. • Controlling brand identity to ensure all are in compliance to Home Credit brand guideline • Support key account not only to building close relationship but also to planning, implementing and controlling co-campaigns with key dealers, strategic partners and producers. • Provide training materials for networks about branding and POSM assigned to POS. • Monitor and control budget allocated for Marketing activities • Develop and coach staff within the team (including designer, web admin, brand supervisor, ...)
• Develops objectives and sales direction for the region to ensure achievement of sales , growth and profitability goals. • Plans, develops and implements sales and marketing strategies and tactics as well as account development programs to meet region goals. • Supervises and integrates area activities for a well-coordinated implementation by all Sales Supervisors, through sales generating programs and ensure optimum allocation of resources in the region. • Evaluates sales performance of the region per area and interprets level of performance of the different areas to the Sales Supervisors for a focused area management. • Manages the region in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed in the company’s policies, guidelines, rules and regulations and approved budgets. • Coordinates with the other Regional Sales Manager, Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives in the as needed to achieve common team objectives by sharing ideas, providing suggestions and encouraging discussions. • Train, coach and develop sales team to ensure high competence. • Performs special projects and assignments as directed by the immediate superior. • Implements other duties that may be assigned from time to time. • Keep abreast of market situation by collecting field information and customers in order to stay competitive. • Liaise with the Vendors, Area Managers and Trade Marketing to implement a yearly retail sales plan for the area and particularly store. • Liaise closely with Store Managers of Partners' shops within the area to ensure the smoothly working procedure between the two organizations. • Collate and provide constructive feedback on Vinaphone/Mobifone standards to the business, ensure that the visual presentation of all stores represents the brand image. • Manage Trade Marketing team to identify trends and make suggestions to improve and enhance product performance to drive brand achievement.
