Support Sale Department to achived sale target and grow better 1. Collect and update Market information - Collect and update competitors information form Sale Sup, Distributors, Key Shop. - Update promotion program form Key Distributors. - Update all information form Distributors, Shop, Consumer about price, products, warranty policy… 2.Reports and Data Analysis - Received and analysic sala out, sale in , keylines inventory report. - Analysic P&L for Key Distributors. - Analysic result of promotion program. 3. Coordination with others Department - Coordination with Marketing to run promotion program, analysici result. - Coordination with CS department to clear all complaint form customers, distributors, shop about warranty policty and returns products. - Coordination with Warehouse to transfer products to Distributors and sent delivery reports. - Coordination with Finance to clear expensive for staff, check rebate for Distributors, send debt comparison to Distributors. - Others task as request of Sale Manager. 4. Administration – Human - Make sale contract, management contract and annex, customers record and all documents relating to promotion program. - Prepare documents for payment for Customers of Project. - Management of documents, forms, catalogue, stationery and office equipment. - Attendance record, annual leave, make office and birthday party for staff. - Management office Fund, hold meeting customer organization.
- Arrange meetings, take minutes and keep notes. Preprare all documents for meetings. - Manage the filing, storage and security of documents as well as preprare documents and reports per assignments. - To be on duty at the office, receive phones and customers, arrange travel, tickets, visa, passport and accommodation. - Responsible for making reports from Sales, Warehouse, Projects Departments. - Analyze operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements. - To support Sales Department: to make report net sales daily, contact customers, control Sales Contract, control all equipment to support Sales. - To support Accounting Department to clear expenses. - Responsible for purchasing office equipments and stationery, calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques. - Control daily and monthly attendance record and making report. - Others jobs assigned by North Sales Manager.
