Germany
I work on strategic topics related to RWE's Flexible Generation portfolio: BESS, Gas, Hydro, biomass, and CCS/H2, with a sprinkling of data centres and grid things for good measure. Activities like market analysis, internal process improvements, dashboards, M&A support, and lots and lots of beautiful slides. My geographical focus is Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. I can work in English, German, and Russian without difficulty. I am learning Polish and Ukrainian. I am a curious person who wants to make the world a better place :)

I tutor individual clients in English and related humanities subjects. I also teach several Ukrainian refugees English as a foreign language.
My role was orientated towards researching effective decarbonisation strategies, such as CCS and hydrogen, while also researching perspective expansion markets for renewables beyond Russia. I also helped with regulatory work, presenting on European Union and British regulatory systems for areas like the wholesale electricity market, so that the company’s management could in turn work with Russian regulators to adopt best practices. I also led and organised weekly workshops where members of the strategy team would present short reports on ESG topics worldwide, and I produced a weekly digest of major energy and ESG news for my colleagues.
The role consisted of making presentations on major developments in carbon border regulation in the EU and other key topics relevant to the decarbonisation of electricity and heat production.
I taught English as a foreign language to a range of individual and group clients, ranging from children to experienced professionals such as doctors and businesspeople.
