• Recruitment- Responsible for searching and screening of various candidates from job portals, conducting and responsible for the interview. • Joining formalities and documents verification of the selected candidates. • Issuing of appointment letter, termination letter, transfer letters etc. • Updating Employee information/records & maintenance of personal records / files in the GreyTip database. • Maintaining employee relations and handling grievances. • Handling Administration: taking care of stationary goods, coordinating with various vendors, looking after the couriers dispatch and distribution, handling notice board and petty cash.

• Manpower Planning - Talent Acquisition • Recruitment- Responsible for searching and screening of various candidates from job portals, conducting and responsible for the first round of interview and forwarding the screened candidates to the corporate for higher level of interview. • Joining formalities and documents verification of the selected candidates. • Issuing of appointment letter,termination letter, transfer letters etc. • Leave management and attendance checking. • Calculation of shift hours, checking the roaster of the employees on daily basis. • Conducting for Induction Training Program. • Salary Administration. • Joining and calculation of Statutory deductions from employees/ taking care of employee benefits. • Generation and distributing pay checks/ pay stubs. • Performance Appraisal: Submission of employee performance review form. • Preparation of Management Information System Report on daily basis. • Handling Administration: Booking of travel tickets and hotels, taking care of stationary goods. • Maintaining Employee Relations and handling grievances. • Conducting Exit Interview: Discuss issues with the laid off/ terminated/ resigned employee. • Coordinating with HR team and higher management. • Taking care of all HR issues with the consultation of higher management. • Making HR Audit Report: Visiting various offices to take feedback and ask queries to the employees.
