I believe that people are the most important asset, the engine which helps organisations to stay on the path of success. I would like to prove that Human Resources is an essential department in any industry and would like to have opportunities to explore various industries. Yes, I am a fresh graduate, not fresh out of the oven but I have equipped myself with experiences I could gain in school. With my interest in Human Resources, I have taken up a Human Resource internship, and had the opportunity to explore the engagement aspect for employees. Through this internship, I was able to gain hands-on experience in the backhand efforts of event planning. Hence, I would like to continue applying these acquired skills and further explore other pillars of Human Resources.
- Modeled a new webpage in company's internal website - Oversaw company's Chinese New Year event preparation - Designed infographics for Employee Engagement activities - Liasising with involved parties for upcoming events - Took charge of internship-related issues (eg internship allowance, preparing offer letter)
- Taking down minutes during client's meeting and sending contact report with the key discussions to clients - Compiled 3 and more competitive research to provide clients' with insights to build on the branding of their product
