Cowash is a startup operating in the human services sector. The company offers an online home dry cleaning service, with no need to go out and at accessible prices : 30% lower than traditional dry cleaners. The specificity of the service is that the cleaning and ironing services are carried out by Cowashers: individuals who are experts in the field and who have free time to do this activity as a salary supplement. As part of my final year internship in the Operations Department, I was responsible for : - Prospecting Cowashers in the 70 cities where Cowash is present and then recruiting, training and supporting them (more than 60 Cowashers recruited), - Managing and following up the orders between customers and Cowashers but also the Cowashers' equipment orders, - Taking care of customer service by being attentive and listening to customers' feedback in order to make their experience unique and to always offer them a service of high quality, - Managing some cases of claims and disputes and ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of clients as well as Cowashers.

As part of my Master's degree, I had the opportunity to participate in cross-disciplinary projects and to work with companies to carry them out. I was then able to work on the akSCioM project: a local startup operating in the IT sector which puts into service a project management software presented as a collaborative platform. In this project, together with my group we were responsible for : - testing the platform, mastering its operation by using it in our various university projects, - giving feedback on functioning and/or functionalities problems we detected, making suggestions to improve the efficiency and performance of the software, - promoting the software to the students and staff of the University of Paul Valéry.

  • Finnish representative to the European Council at Les Ateliers ludosophiques
    Jan 2019 - Jan 2019 · 1 mo

Les Ateliers Ludosophiques is an association that organises events such as political and negotiation simulations. On January 24th and 25th 2019, I took part in one of these political simulations as Finland's representative at a conference at the European Council. This conference was organised around a debate on the green and circular economy. The aim was to vote on a text of laws on the measures to be put in place to promote and develop the green and circular economy and also to find ways to raise the awareness of European populations about ecology. As the Finnish representative, I had to : - study the text of laws that was given and then include the measures that suited better the country, - speak up, set out our arguments and defend the relevance of the desired measures, - negotiate amendments that are beneficial to Finland, convince and rally other countries to our causes.
