I’m an intelligence and security professional with 20+ years of experience in OSINT, investigations, and threat-focused analysis across the military and private sector. After serving in multiple intelligence and security leadership roles in the US Army, I transitioned to Flashpoint, where I now lead a team within the Corporate Security Intelligence department. My work centers on OSINT-driven digital security and threat intelligence for cyber, fraud, insider, executive protection, and physical security stakeholders. I lead analysts who collect, triage, and analyze data from open sources, closed communities, and internal collections, then turn that into clear, defensible reporting that supports real-world decisions. A big part of my role is reviewing and refining written products, mentoring analysts on tradecraft and documentation standards, and making sure our work holds up under scrutiny. Over the years I’ve invested in formal OSINT and security training and certification—from IntelTechniques (Open Source Intelligence Professional (OSIP) certified), the OSMOSIS Association (Open Source Certified (OSC)), the OSINT Academy, and other programs in cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection. I prefer to lead from the front and by example, staying close to the work, and I put a strong emphasis on ethics, methodology, and professional standards in everything my team and I deliver.
Lead a team of intelligence analysts within Flashpoint’s Corporate Security Intelligence group, focused on OSINT-driven digital security and threat intelligence for cyber, fraud, insider, executive protection, and physical security use cases. – Oversee collection, triage, and analysis of data from open sources, closed communities, and internal collections. – Review and edit written reports and client-facing assessments to ensure analytic rigor, clarity, and defensibility. – Partner with product and customer teams to refine requirements, prioritize workflows, and deliver high-value intelligence to enterprise clients. – Mentor junior analysts on tradecraft, documentation standards, and the ethical use of OSINT.
Led intelligence and security functions for multiple units, managing teams of soldiers and civilians providing analysis and protective intelligence. – Supervised collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat information to support operations and risk decisions. – Managed security programs (physical, information, and personnel) and advised commanders on vulnerabilities and mitigation measures. – Coordinated with joint, interagency, and coalition partners to share intelligence and deconflict investigations. – Trained and mentored junior analysts and investigators on tradecraft, reporting, and professional standards.

Selected for a DoD SkillBridge internship supporting Flashpoint’s Physical Security intelligence team during my transition from active duty. – Conducted OSINT and dark web research in support of ongoing investigations and threat assessments. – Drafted and contributed to written products and assessments. – Learned and applied Flashpoint workflows, tools, and documentation standards, which enabled a smooth transition into a full-time role as Intelligence Team Lead.
