Follow the startup of the new production lines, define the training and the development of the employees, monitoring the performances and the productivity of the actual production lines, planning the preventive maintenance applying principle of lean and manage the production budget.
Followed the startup of the new plant, from the lines installation until the full production, coordinating the hiring, training and personnel development. I monitored the line performance using specifying KPIs in order to improve it. Coordinated the daily activities with Safety, Quality and Maintenance.
My role was follow the overall production of some of the facilities, from the choosing of the pulp and the production of jumbo rolls to the completion of the finished products, following the lean manufacturing principles, bringing the best practices for the future factories assignment, comparing and introducing new internal KPIs, adopting the continuous improvement approach.
