I work for a open university under its educational media production unit. My position does not truly reflect the things I do in the workplace; I can create graphics, edit videos, as well as setup livestreams and operate video cameras. I am also responsible for sorting and organizing a database of learning resources.
I have created various forms of visual media, from posters used in conferences, to promotional videos. I also have experience in conducting research.
I am currently in charge of creating learning objects, mainly videos, to post to our website. I am also in charge with managing our social media pages, such as Facebook and YouTube.
Currently working at the Multimedia Center, where I manage the work of our department's Student Assistants.
I worked under the University Library, where I assisted in cataloging theses and dissertations. I was also responsible for updating the Library website such as updating the UI, adding new content and landing pages, etc.
I worked under the Office of Public Affairs, where I wrote articles for the UPOU website, as well as captions for social media posts.
