Major Duties: - Plan and host live streams featuring gaming and trading card game content; maintain an engaging, viewer-first pace with live commentary and chat interaction. - Build weekly stream plans: titles, talking points, segments, and “moment” targets (pulls, match highlights, wins/losses, reactions). - Run live production: scenes, audio levels, alerts, transitions, and troubleshooting to keep streams stable and watchable. - Moderate and manage community during live sessions; set tone, respond in real time, and keep chat readable and welcoming. - Create clips/highlights from VODs and publish short-form edits for reach and discoverability (hooks, captions, tight cuts). - Maintain a cross-platform posting workflow to reuse the same core moments across Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram. - Write platform-native captions and titles using searchable keywords. - Track performance signals (views, retention, chat activity, follower growth) and adjust formats, lengths, and topics based on results. - Collaborate with other creators and communities (raids, duos, mutual promotion) to expand reach. - Maintain brand consistency (handle, positioning, tone, visuals) across platforms under the GN0wledge identity.
