Angeline is a pâtissière is currently working at restaurant Coco Lyon, part of Paris Society. She has had prior experiences working at Michelin Starred restaurants such as Le Clair de la Plume in Grignan, Drome Provencal Région, and Le Senechal by Michel Truchon in Aveyron Région of France. She is trained in Culinary Arts from the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, Taj Group of Hotels, affiliated with University of Huddersfield, UK. Post this, she gained a French pastry and language diploma from Gastronomicom, Agde, Occitanie, France. She also successfully ran a home-bakery for 2 years in Delhi, India under the name of Angel’s Kitchen.
