From concept to completion, we successfully positioned The Estate as a new benchmark for luxury living, earning strong market reception and fulfilling every promise made to our buyers. Today, I oversee marketing for the BON group across Malaysia and Thailand, managing cross-border strategies that celebrate local culture while maintaining brand consistency. Our second project, Bon Kiara, launched in June 2023, has been a tremendous success — achieving 93% SPA signed as of Aug 2025. This momentum was driven by carefully curated marketing strategies, including: Influencer Partnerships: Collaborating with key opinion leaders to amplify brand storytelling.
