At Youth Challenge for over 14 years, my journey in non-profits has evolved from managing foundations and communications to leading development initiatives. The organization's mission resonates deeply with my dedication to fostering inclusive environments where children with physical disabilities thrive through sports and recreation. Our team’s efforts in community outreach and fundraising have enabled transformative experiences for countless families. My role as the Senior Director of Development is not just a position but a platform to implement strategies that effectively narrate the Youth Challenge story, securing essential resources for program sustainability. Collaboration with local and national foundations has been a cornerstone of our success, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential alongside their peers.
