- Provide users training - Find, track and report SLA/KPI’s/Savings as per agreed methodology - Review the PR2PO process and help automate transactional work to bring efficiencies in the process - Directly involved in resolving issues with suppliers (e.g., quality, delivery, and service issues). - Perform negotiations and supplier management - Complete annual cost savings initiatives and projects for the assigned Categories - Proactively monitors vendor performance and strategic agreements in order to achieve cost savings targets - Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Legal, Sourcing, Security & Risk Teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. - Responsible for creation of vendor records - Respond to vendor inquiries related to payment status, remittances, and discrepancies - Investigate and resolve payment issues, including rejected, duplicate, or misapplied payments -Negotiate prices and payment terms for purchases orders PO
- Create purchase orders, follow up on approval and acknowledgement of them. - Follow up on purchase orders to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner. - Maintain purchasing master data, info records, source list, etc. - Generate saving under 10k. - Coordinate Quality Notifications for issues resolution and improvements. - Issue resolution with the team, suppliers, Strategic Sourcing Managers/Leaders to resolve transactional and invoice problems. - If needed, manage projects independently. - Capable to resolve issues related to supply and the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process.
- Promote inter-institutional and international cooperation through the organization of sub-regional meetings and events related to social security. - Prepare and edit internal and inter-institutional documents. -Manage databases. - To prepare notes verbales for diplomatic representations. - Attracting new members. - International foresight. - Create country files for the missions of the General Secretariat.
