I’m Angela, an artist, designer, and programmer with about 5 years of self-taught experience. I’ve been studying programming throughout my high school and college career, and I’ve made personal projects for even longer. These were completed as a solo developer, and I’ve spent time learning how to both program and illustrate for these projects. With that, I’ve developed knowledge in both front-end and back-end development: I aim to use this experience to become a user interface / user experience designer through my multidisciplinary knowledge. What motivates me in particular is the accessibility of design. As someone who struggles with mental disabilities that impact how easily I can absorb information, a disorganized design poses a major problem to me as it can very easily leave me overwhelmed. As such, I’d like to address the barriers that design may pose to different users. I hope to provide services involving clear and intuitive UI/UX design that does not obstruct program functionality.
