As a Commanding officer of Costal surveillance site I was responsible for 24 crew members and as a Chief of Staff of Costal surveillance system Unit for about 180 officers, petty officers, sailors and civilian persons. Job-related skills: I am an accomplished and inspirational Operational Manager with solid and extensive experience in military planning (more than 16 years) and project management; experienced in ensuring plans are executed in a cross functional manner and within resource constraints. My track record has demonstrated that I have very strong and in-depth analytical and strategic abilities to bring about change by actively driving and overseeing project execution, while engaging with leading, and supporting staff at all levels.
