Calculate figures for food inventory. Order and cost with accuracy. Have working knowledge and use existing computer programs effectively to post invoices. Update items and costs as well as perform daily and period end food costs. Complete period end inventories according to Food & Beverage and Accounting standard operating procedures. Complete administrative tasks on a timely basis (C-7’s, menu costing, filing and general office duties.) Have a working knowledge of all Marriott purchasing specification to ensure and instruct staff on receiving correct product. Ensure that proper safeguards are in effect for the security of the Storeroom assets. Complete or assign administrative, organization and sanitation tasks daily. Maintain reference files on current or new vendors and their products. Maintain a consistent and open dialogue with all internal customers and external vendors to ensure that progress is made in service, price, quality and overall partnerships.
