Worked on a project titled “Marketing Financial Products to Young India: A Comparative Study of Axis Bank’s Education and Personal Loans.” Key responsibilities included: Conducted primary research through surveys and staff interviews to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Analyzed digital and offline marketing approaches used for financial products targeted toward the youth segment. Assisted in documentation, customer servicing processes, and product awareness initiatives within the branch. Gained practical exposure to core banking departments including Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources. Delivered recommendations for improving outreach and engagement in the education and personal loan sectors based on data insights. This internship enhanced my understanding of customer behavior, marketing strategies, and financial product positioning in a competitive landscape.
Led PR initiatives for CSA, Christ University’s student-run social impact wing. Spearheaded a large-scale fundraising campaign across 250+ college classrooms, raising ₹14,00,000 to support the education of over 6000 children. Managed a PR stall on campus, engaging 500+ students and driving 100+ volunteer registrations through targeted outreach. Coordinated messaging strategies and collaborated with other verticals to amplify CSA’s on-ground initiatives. This role strengthened my strategic communication, campaign leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills in a cause-driven environment.
