Assisted with ASTM F5864 compliant destructive four-point talonavicular bend testing over 10,000+ cycles using an Instron 5567 to capture load and displacement data. Used Tracker software to analyze peak bending stress and failure loads across eight Nitinol-based staple configurations. Utilized fabrication and machining tools such as Resin 3D Printing, Lathe, Mill, and Bandsaw to create and modify fixtures for testing. Employed SolidWorks to design CAD parts, assemblies, and technical drawings of fixtures for medical device testing.
