INDIA vs BANGLADESH Test Match -Overlooked and coordinated with all departments starting from production, kitchen, branding, ticketing for all general stands. -Curated menus for all general stands and catered to an audience > 20,000/- -Coordination with ticketing team to manage setups as per sales to ensure smooth and efficient running. -Briefed all vendors, department heads, volunteers pre-match-post match days. -Interacted with owners and players and meeting all special requests ensuring hospitality is at its best. -Adhered to all checklists issued by the BCCI ,& MPCA. -Provided for post match reports for all departments catered for. -Managed procurement and negotiations with all local distributors of Nestle India, Lays, Pepsico. - Headed the operations with 275 local laborer's ,40 IHM graduates and 25 plus vendors pre and on match days.
-Oversee and coordinate with all departments starting from production, kitchen, branding, ticketing for player dressing rooms, owner lounges, sponsor lounges and all general stands. -Curate menus for match days and practice days and execute operations with all service teams involved. -Coordination with ticketing team to manage setups as per sales to ensure smooth and efficient running. -Briefed all vendors, department heads, volunteers pre-match-post match days. -Interacted with owners and players and meeting all special requests ensuring hospitality is at its best. -Coordinated with the marketing team to set menus for team off-site visits and local hotel partners. -Adhered to all checklists issued by the BCCI and provided for post match reports for all departments catered for. -
