Performing general construction duties on site. Overseeing construction works being completed on site. Regularly checking progress of works according to the schedule. Perform drafting according to specifications: ensured compliance with all project QA procedures and requirements.
Quantification work for Concrete, Re bar, Shuttering, Brickwork, Plaster, Painting, False Flooring, False Ceiling, and other concrete embedded items etc. Making Client Bill and follow-up for Certification. Execution of different types of foundation works for switch yards in the plant. Preparing and maintaining Minutes of Meeting along with Service Engineers for the vendor related items at site. Preparation and checking of BBS as per drawings. Execution of Precast Compound wall and chain link fencing works. Joint Measurement Record Preparing to claim the Extra work/ modification work is done if any at site (Apart from Drawing). Good supervision work at Raft casting of some important structures like TG Unit, Chimney, Powerhouse etc. Good supervision work at Ring raft, Grillage column and Basin Slab in Cooling Tower construction.
Checking and reviewing the plans, designs, layouts & construction activities at site. Execution of 66 KV Switchyard plant, Pile foundation, Main Control Room building & Inverter Rooms, Equipment Platform, Cable Trench work, Road construction (CC, WBM & Bitumen), Drainage work (RRM & CC) , PEB building, chain link fencing & precast slab compound wall and Underground water tank. Installation works such as steel structure erection and module mounting work. Testing of construction materials such as soil, cement, aggregate, sand & steel as per field quality plans. Testing of pile foundation such as Lateral test, pull out test & Compression Test. Prepare Joint measurement sheet with client and also prepare sub vendor bills as per mode of measurement.
