As CEO of EIT Culture & Creativity, I assumed interim leadership in April 2024 and transitioned to full executive capacity on October 1, 2024. I am responsible for shaping the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring its financial health, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. My vision is to position EIT Culture & Creativity as the driving force behind Europe’s creative transformation—an innovation powerhouse that bridges culture, technology, and entrepreneurship to unlock the full potential of the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI). We aim to strengthen Europe’s competitiveness while fostering societal value, inclusion, and resilience through creativity. With extensive experience in managing complex public–private financing across multinational partnerships, I bring a business-driven mindset grounded in societal purpose. My leadership focuses on strengthening the synergy between EIT Culture & Creativity GmbH and EIT CCSI e.V., aligning financial strategies, business models, and governance frameworks to enable cohesive growth and long-term impact. Since taking office, I have significantly scaled the organization across nine EU countries, building a diverse, high-performing team representing 19 nationalities. This expansion has reinforced our pan-European footprint and operational capacity, enabling us to deliver on our Strategic Agenda with agility and purpose. As a Board Advisor to More Screens, I contribute to the strategic direction of this established R&D company specializing in Multi-Screen Video Delivery solutions and services. More Screens combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to innovation, enabling clients to build scalable, revenue-generating Video-over-IP platforms through its flagship platform, Spectar+. In this role, I advise the executive team on: - AI integration across the video delivery value chain, from personalized content recommendations to predictive analytics and operational automation. - Business model innovation that aligns with evolving media consumption patterns and monetization strategies, including hybrid models, platform-as-a-service, and data-driven revenue streams. - Strategic partnerships, international growth opportunities, and product differentiation in a competitive OTT/OVP landscape. - Enhancing value creation for customers, investors, and stakeholders through scalable, resilient, and future-ready media solutions. I support More Screens in setting new standards for intelligent, integrated Multi-Screen Media platforms—positioning the company as a strategic partner to broadcasters, telecoms, and media innovators worldwide.

Based on actual TV or video usage, the reach measurement becomes more accurate, our planning more efficient and our campaign management more transparent.
