Qualifications - Assembly and part design modeling using CAD tools: Subsea process plants, pressure equipment, steel frames and skids. - Product design and development experience. Fabrication and testing. Complete project and product documentation. - Experience on parts and assembly drawings: machining, welding, tolerance specification and GD&T. - Design for assembly methodology: stack-up and tolerance analysis. - Design of offshore structures, lifting equipment and portable offshore units (Swire Oilfield services project). - Knowledge on DNV standards: Design of offshore containers and portable offshore units. Lifting Equipment(R-002) standards. - Experience of plastic part design. Plastic molding. Metal die casting. - Automation solution using ilogic and VBA codes of whole SPU cad assembly (Subsea 7 project) - Technical knowledge of following engineering discipline acquired from master study courses: stability calculation, mechanics of solids -structural calculation, pressure vessel, subsea pipe lay design and calculation. - Perform basic CFD(OpenFoam) and FEA(Ansys structural) analysis. - Knowledge on physics of fluid flow learned from master thesis and master study courses. - PLM experience and Autodesk vault. LANGUAGE: A1 Norwegian level
• Design and engineering related tasks of producing Sub-sea and Topside Single/Multi-Phase Flow meters from start to finish. -Tool used: Autodek Inventor, Autodesk Vault, Pro-Arc, SAP, Ansys
• Part design and modeling of subsea processing modules(SPU). • Automation of Submerge Production Unit(SPU) using i-logic programming in Autodesk Inventor. • Visual basic programming. • Reports and documentation.
