Andy is a Crime Scene Officer at the NSW Police Force. He has previously worked as a DNA Analyst at the Victoria Police Forensic Services Department. He obtained his Master of Science (Research) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). His research tested the efficiency of DNA markers for forensic identification and has been presented at international and Australian conferences. In 2016, Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Forensic Biology in Biomedical Science (UTS). He has a background and passion for molecular biology and biological criminalistics. He effectively communicates these interests and has presented at industry, university and Outreach events. He has also had previous experience teaching a number of forensic science subjects at UTS.
