Leading the development team, delivering and deploying code to a SaaS platform, which serves over 40,000 users; operating in 185 countries. Creating and driving the product roadmap, by inventing and building new features and integrations. Planning and executing infrastructure and system architecture changes to allow for rapid growth. Handling all infosec requirements, penetration and vulnerability assessments. Supporting account management for key customers. Assessing product market to ensure feature parity (where necessary) against competitors. Assisting the Ministry of Magic support team and wider business with technical onboarding and investigation.
Leading the Development and Product development of the Exclaimer Feedback PowerUp.
Started the development of the Lifetime ISA (LISA) product portal. Created a POC of transitioning the OneFamily website from an out-of-date proprietary CMS to an open-source solution; with a custom theme and functionality to match business requirements. Supported the marketing department as well as committing new development and functionality with the OneFamily Foundation microsite.
