A few highlights include - • Architecting the attribution model from systems to data to dashboards. Enabled tracking the pipeline impact of every dollar, then leveraging it to improve Marketing ROI by >300% and supporting the business as it's grown 5x. • Leading or co-leading the annual operating planning cycle every year since joining in 2020. • Executive partner to 3 CMOs, scaling Marketing from 12 to 100+, including SDRs, and building the operating system to consistently hit our targets quarter after quarter. • Building the internal AI platform with over 25 automations in platform. Workflows that previously took 6–8 hours now run in minutes. The platform is expanding company-wide under my ownership. • Building a reporting framework used to demonstrate Marketing’s value to the investors. I also founded and led growth lifecycle marketing at Redis.
Acquired by Episerver, who adopted the Optimizely brand. Supported business growth from $70M ARR to $140M ARR. Navigated marketing processes and architecture to enable moving upmarket. The changes implemented improved CAC by 126%. Led marketing and growth operations for a new product line (Rollouts). Achieved 1.8X of board commits while managing a budget impacted by COVID. Responsibilities included fiscal year planning, forecasting, tech stack management, analytical architecture, budget management, leadership alignment, and funnel optimization.
