📍 Stockholm / Malmö I’m a recruiter at Lovable, working globally to attract world-class engineers across Stockholm, London, San Francisco, and Boston. Our mission is to enable anyone to build software — helping shift software creation from something reserved for the 1% to something accessible to the remaining 99% of the world. Before joining Lovable, I founded Talent Bridge, a recruitment company I’ve run for six years, supporting everything from early-stage startups to global enterprises with engineering and leadership hiring. Over the past 15+ years, through roles at Netlight, Google, and LinkedIn, I’ve focused on helping individuals and organizations grow in ways that are both human and high-impact. I care deeply about building healthy, high-performing teams where technical excellence, curiosity, and ambition come together. I’m particularly drawn to environments where mission, talent, and speed intersect — building teams that create products capable of reshaping how people work and build. Outside of tech, I’m a professional musician and retreat co-founder. Creating spaces for co-creation — through music, community, and shared experiences — is one of my greatest joys.
