In my role at Vibrant Foods I am developing and delivering commercial growth strategies for a broad group of world foods brands and categories in both traditional ethnic wholesale and retail alongside grocery multiples and e-commerce. Whilst At Hasbro, my focus as Executional Excellence Lead was on propelling growth across key global markets. With a deep understanding of category analysis and business reporting, my strategies encompass data-driven dashboards, best practice playbooks, and capability coaching. Our team's efforts are instrumental in refining customer execution workshops and action planning, ensuring optimal performance for major retailers like Amazon, Target and Walmart. My prior role as Owner & Director at CatPlus Ltd honed my skills in shopper and retail marketing, particularly for SME food and drink sectors. This experience, coupled with my leadership studies, underlines my commitment to nurturing talent and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders, driving sustainable business growth. Previously held senior roles at Mondelez, Mars, Kraft Heinz and Cereal Partners Worldwide leading category management, strategy and shopper marketing functions.

Delivery of compelling consumer and shopper programme to which delivered record growth for Category in 2019 driven by Mondelez whilst Cadbury became the UK’s fastest growing CPG brand.
