Purchasing Director: Specifier/Purchaser for the company, purchase of all machinery and equipment for all departments, plastic materials for production, engineering materials and metals for tooling, products for resale, machinery maintenance purchase and ancillaries, engineering purchase, tools and cutting tools, measuring equipment, maintenance of plant, plant purchase. IT Director: Oversee and implement IT, organise and oversee network, source and purchase IT equipment, software and requirements, day to day troubleshooting for IT, management of computer maintenance and maintenance agreements. Implement IT and network protocols for internal network communications, data storage, filing requirements and data backup. Future software and hardware requirements. Marketing & Artisitc Director: Manage and implement marketing with Sales and Marketing staff. Organise artwork, execute product photography and image processing.
