I help landlords and founders build wealth in property without it taking over their lives — through two businesses built to do exactly that. MarketOffer (marketoffer.co.uk) helps landlords go hands-off, leasing their property to vetted supported-living and social-housing providers on long corporate leases. BrightCap, launched more recently, helps founders grow wealth in property without running a property business. Having scaled companies over 20 years, I went through this myself: time, focus and capital all tied to one engine. I wanted income that builds value without pulling me away — but most options don't deliver both income and capital growth: - Wealth managers and markets don't pay meaningful income — and often fall when your business does - Higher-risk bets add upside, not reliability - Retail property is high-yield in weaker areas, or low-return in stronger ones So I set out to create what I wish I'd had as a busy founder — first MarketOffer for landlords, then BrightCap for founders who want the asset without the operation. I lead BrightCap — setting strategy, managing investor relationships and overseeing deal execution from end to end. That includes refining our Cambridge block thesis, sourcing opportunities, structuring joint ventures and negotiating acquisitions. I work alongside my co-founder, Sam Carter, and his family’s Cambridge construction and maintenance business (25+ years locally) to deliver refurbishments and long-term asset management — so partner investors get a single, joined-up team rather than having to build one themselves. Day to day, that means setting direction, overseeing legal and structure, running our sourcing and negotiation process, and ensuring communication with partner investors is clear and calm throughout each project.
MarketOffer helps landlords and developers lease residential properties to supported living and social housing providers across England — using our network of 400+ providers to source, match and agree long-term leases of 3–5 years. We run a "Lease My Property" service that gives owners a better alternative to traditional letting: → One long-term corporate tenant for 3–5 years → Rent paid even if the property is empty → Maintenance and tenant management included in the lease terms → No rent-to-rent middlemen — landlords lease direct with the provider → Less landlord hassle, and a positive social impact We handle the work of getting there: accessing our network of 400+ providers, sourcing those interested in your property, and supporting negotiations through to agreed lease terms. For owners who want to be fully hands-off, we also offer Lease Care — an optional add-on covering the coordination of management, inspections, landlord repairs and safety certificates. I lead overall strategy, product, marketing and technology, and oversee the team that manages day-to-day relationships with landlords and providers to deliver the service.

Drawing on 20 years building and marketing businesses across multiple sectors, including leading media and marketing group The Hook Group, I founded FIDS Consultancy to help businesses sharpen strategy, strengthen brand, and build digital products — providing senior strategic and commercial direction, supported by the firm's delivery capability across marketing, technology and product.
Over the 18 months since the Government Kickstart Scheme launched, we rapidly grew KickstartDirect to signup over 12.5K businesses to the scheme or other business grants and funding. The Government Scheme has now stopped and we continue to provide Employability Training & Support to the Kickstarters we placed with employers across the UK. Our clients ranged from Premiership Football teams to local SME's. The Kickstart Scheme helped employers and young people out of work, by providing funding for companies to create job placements for 16 to 24 year olds. KickstartDirect made it Quick & Easy for Businesses to access and benefit from the Government's Kickstart Scheme, plus provided Training & Support to each Kickstarter.
